3. Pricing & Payment

  • Full payment must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all items are packed securely before the move unless packing services are included.
  • Inform us of any fragile or valuable items in advance.
  • Provide clear access to the property and ensure parking arrangements are in place.
  • Comply with local waste disposal regulations when using our waste removal service.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • We take every precaution to handle your belongings with care, but we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or improper packing.

  • We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather conditions.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport or dispose of:

  • Hazardous materials, explosives, or chemicals.
  • Perishable goods, illegal items, or live animals.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.
